I had been dealing on trying to find a dentist in the area. And when a friend recommended them, I was really hesitant as I had already tried another recommendation. Fortunately, she wasn't wrong :D
They have a full friendly staff that is divided in their specialties and strengths. For example, one of them is great with kids and has her own office planned for kids. They do periodontal work there the same they (like crowns with their own machine :)).
I liked that cleaning was super fast and easy. They are gentle and clear explaining what you need. Filings are treated with delicacy and new products

I just moved to the area and was recommended to Dr. Cave at Brookside Dental by a coworker. Before making an appointment I asked first whether or not they took my insurance and they said yes. Unfortunately, I apparently asked the wrong question. I should of specifically asked whether they were in-network for my insurance. In other words, their answer amounted to... "sure we'll bill your insurance but it won't do you any good." DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE I DID. I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!

After a few years at another dentist, my spouse and I found Brookside. We had a bad experience at that previous dentist who was trying hard to use lots of new technologies (early 2000s). So, we found Brookside around 2003 and things changed. Excellent, solid traditional dentistry. An exceptional focus on care, good referrals to specialists (they… helped me through wisdom teeth removal), an always spectacular staff of reception and billing, and Whitney (my personal dental assistant) has been a great friend and ally in my dental care. Dr. Brian Cave has helped keep my teeth and gums worry

I recently visited Brookside Dental for the first time and I have to say the service was unforgettable. I was greeted with all smiles by the front desk. Next I had my preliminary exam done using state of the art technology which was pretty cool. Dr Brian explained his findings and not once did I ever feel any anxiety. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Lastly I had a teeth cleaning by Whitney. My teeth felt amazing. Thanks Brookside team for making me feel like family!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so kind, professional, and knowledgable. From the reception, to the hygienists, to the dentists. I had the assistant Jessi this last appointment and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Ariana the receptionist is wonderful as well. They are laid back and create a stress free enviroment for those who find dentists offices anxiety provoking! 10/10 reccomend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cindy for about 20 years (yes, twenty). I don't have the best teeth and she's left a lasting impression on many of my teeth. As an individual, I hate getting my teeth worked on - it's arguably *the* worst of my least favourite things. Over the years, Dr. Cindy and her staff have made my dentist visits uneventful - uneventful dentist visits and uneventful airplane flights are very good in my books.
Dr. Cindy takes really good care of me and my fears and goes the extra mile to make me comfortable. She keeps me informed about exactly what she is doing

We have gone to Brookside Dental since our oldest son was 1 year old. He just turned 16 and got his drivers license. We can book and get 3 appointments at once for the 3 kids, and drive 35 miles each way for visits, passing literally hundreds of dentists. Brokside Dental is amazing and worth every second in traffic. My kids love the staff, the facilities are top notch, and the experience is painless. Priceless dentistry by the best team in the business.

I have been coming to this office for probably close to 10 years. I love the experience here! I have a bit of dental anxiety when having any dental repairs. Everyone has been very understanding and kind, as well as quick and precise when any repair is needed! With such excellent care, I don't consider going anywhere else.

All the staff here are incredibly pleasant as well as professional. They take great care of us, and I always recommend them whenever anyone asks. I have been going to Dr Pauley for 10+ years and have had the best experience every time. I appreciate the less aggressive approach and avoiding expensive procedures unless they are necessary. Dr Pauley takes time to listen and allows me to take an active role in my dental health. All the dental hygienists have been very gentle yet thorough. They have the most up to date equipment. I have continued to come to Dr Pauley despite having to pay out of pocket for being an out of network provider. She is definitely worth it!

My partner and I have been seeing (mostly) Dr. Cindy for about 15 years. My introduction to her was when I had been in Bellevue for exactly 3 days and broke one entire cusp off an upper tooth. It hurt like crazy and all I had to work with was the Yellow Pages. They got me in immediately and Dr. Cindy and the entire staff treated me like visiting royalty! I was helped along enough to be out of pain and a place to slice up my tongue and I was back in in a few days for a crown prep. I was a dental assistant for 16 years and I was freaked out at the prospect of letting "total strangers"

Brookside Dental is probably the best experience at the dentist that I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful, Jessie the hygienist was thorough, friendly and professional and Dr. Brian was gentle, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Overall I had the impression that they genuinely care about providing the best possible dental care experience. I think this is particularly important because going to the dentist: 1. has a bad reputation as being something unpleasant and: 2. is not something anyone really WANTS to do, but has to as a part of their overall health.
