I called this place of business, asked to speak with the owner. The owner got back in touch with me and we talked. I told him where I had come from and what I had to offer. He called me in for an interview. Then I got called back into a second interview with the managers. This whole process took about 2-3 months. Eventually got a call back and have been here for a little more than a year.
Salary is pretty good, work environment is excellent. Flexibility is extremely good. Overall, I have zero regrets of making that original phone call.

Interviewed here 2017. Mostly friendly people, found Wintill confused and frustrated. Heavy emphasis on high energy and extrovert personalities. Typically low end offers as heard from other candidates for both eng &mfg positions. I stressed importance of hearing back from them due to benefits and other opportunities. Was told multiple times by Joe that they would let me know within 2 week time frame. I did not hear back from them at all. Decent facilities. Cold and cramped office space. Noticeable lack of veteran o&g personnel.
