After several years of practice at an estate planning law firm, Fernando and Natasha met in 2013 while working together on probate administration cases. They realized that they shared the same views on a personal commitment to the practice of law, and on how to best serve their clients.

Fernando is our workplace guru and one of the few people to have an answer to almost any estate planning or probate question. For this, he's earned himself the nickname "Foogle." Fernando handles this accolade with customary modesty but will admit that he has resolved some of the most complex probate and trust administration cases.
Natasha brings to OC Estate and Elder Law a lawyer who speaks legalese and tech in plain language! That's rare enough, but combined with her fluency in Russian and Spanish, Natasha has carved out a unique niche market with international clients. Imported from the dark and frozen lands of Moscow, Russia, Natasha understands the particular challenges that foreigners and immigrants face in protecting their wealth within the United States.

My mother and father are currently in the process of moving out to New Mexico to retire. We went in to OC Estate & Elder Law with the the intentions of figuring out their estate and will before they make the move. I wanted to make sure all of our ducks are in a row before the move and make sure our family is all taken care of.

During the quarantine, I have had a few legal matters that I needed to deal. Because of Covid, I tried to contact a few lawyers via email, and Fernando was the first to respond.
He was very understanding on the difficulties I was having, and led me step by step. Looking back on it, Im not sure what I would have done.
Its all so efficient and easy, we were able to handle everything from my home remotely.

I was referred to Fernando, attorney at OC Estate & Elder Law by a friend. At the time, my mom needed to have power of attorney documents drafted. He was very helpful and made everything easy to understand. These are things we tend to not do unless we have to. After years went by and my mother fell ill and passed away, my family and I realized how important these documents are. I went back just recently to consult with Fernando about a will, trust, power of attorney and documents for myself. As a mother, I want to make sure that everything is in order if something happens to me. I am grateful

I have had the opportunity to work with Natasha over many years through the Russian American Chamber and have always come away with a very positive experience. She helped my parents establish trusts and wills and did so in a highly professional manner despite my parents not speaking any English. I first came in touch with OC Estate & Elder Law after a family member passed in 2016. At the time she had a pending personal injury claim. In order for that to be resolved an estate had to be opened and this is where this firm made everything easy. I met in person with them a handful of times when it mattered and they got me and my parents through the process quickly. My relief came from the estate being closed and the injury claim being settled so I could give that money to my parents and take some pressure off my shoulders in this long transition that we have still been in. It seemed like a good time for me and my husband to make a will so we called Fernando and set up an appointment. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable. We now have a will and feel confident that it was done thoroughly but with ease.Do not hesitate to give them a call I found all the office staff to be very friendly and helpful.
