As the business was passed on to the second generation, the business was expanded from producing the building materials to also offer construction services which resulted in a great competitive advantage for the business and it's customers.Due to the rapid development of the Dayton area in the 50's, the vision to grow the company resulted in a move from Tennessee to Dayton.

Have been strung along since November, now mid March. First, we asked for quote for 12x16 deck, estimate came for 18x25, asked him to recheck. He sent out what we believed to be someone who worked for him but later found out it was a friend starting up a new company. This person was very slow, took 5 weeks to get an estimate. Then we agreed to go with him 2 weeks later we asked if he was going to order our product- if he wanted $, was told them he was too busy. We went back to Swafford who wanted to send another friend . Buyer beware as they just will string you along for 4 months , slow to respond
