Heather Wibbels, LMT, runs a therapeutic massage therapy practice in Louisville, KY focused on chronic pain relief, injury recovery, stress relief and orthopedic massage. She focuses on a professional presence in the session and tailors each massage to the needs and problems of each individual client.
Offering 90 min massages ($100), 60 min Swedish/General sessions ($75) and 60 min Deep Tissue/Advanced Techniques ($80), Heather uses an integrative approach combining deep tissue, myofascial work, acupressure, muscle release techniques, lymphatic drainage and other techniques to build a session that addresses the issues the client brings to the table.

Services
Relax into the table and find yourself in good hands for this one hour massage appointment. The general relaxation session (separate from the Deep Tissue/Advanced Techniques session) uses basic massage techniques to work out stress, relieve pain and work on injuries. This is a good choice for someone new to massage or someone without a lot of problem areas to tackle.
Clients call my hands "magic" because I am able to find issues, stretch out tight muscles, give them back range of motion and decrease pain levels. They want to meet with me because I give them the tools to reduce their pain level and keep their bodies healthy.
They are excited to get a call from me because it means that they'll be on my table in 24 hours in a quiet, dark room, with soft music with me working on their problem areas and stressed muscles. They'll have an hour where they are the sole focus of someone else's attention - where their needs are the priority.

The only thing better than a massage is a gift certificate for massage. Give friends, family and loved ones massage and they will thank you for it. Massage gift certificates make a great gift - it's something many people need, but wouldn't get for themselves. It's also something they can use any time - they just need to call in and book and appointment and that hour and a half (or hour) of bliss on the table will be theirs.
As a sole business owner, Heather is unable to absorb the losses for missed appointments or appointments cancelled within a 24 hour period of the scheduled appointment. Because of the loss of income, and the fact that she can only work with one client at a time, she asks clients respect her time and pay for missed appointments and late cancellations.

I have a sinus infection and chronic rhinitis. My friend sent me this YouTube video of Heather doing self lymphatic drainage.. it’s amazing! I can feel the lymphatic drainage moving and draining. I always do a little bit of it around my eyes and nose, but now I can go much further with it! I also have some lymphedema in my right arm, and do lymphatic drainage for that. Thanks so much to my friend and Heather!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🙌🙌Heathers videos on YouTube are life changing! My ears were clogged for a week and a half and I had literally tried everything. Nothing changed until I did her techniques from the video. She is incredibly generous to share her knowledge with the world and if I lived in KY you better believe I would be seeing her as often as I could.

Dear Heather, I wanted to personally thank you for your “Self Lymph Drainage” video that you had published to Youtube. I have been suffering from absolutely debilitating pressure in my head that seems to come… and go randomly over the last few weeks. It has contributed to dizziness, brain fog and an overall feeling of detachment among other things. Frankly, I no longer feel like myself at all — like I have been living in an alternate reality. Immediately after doing your exercises I felt much more present and aware. Put simply, I felt like me again. I can’t promise

I just did the lymph drainage and ear drainage for the first time. AMAZING. I'll do this daily forever. Clearing up a serious sinus infection, this moved stuff so much I feel lighter headed - possible normal… for the first time in years. I feel so good I'm going to take a nap because with sinus infection and so much pain, I havent been sleeping much. I also think this will help my problem neck posture, probably crunching because pain and weight/pressure in all the lymphs and ears.

Amazing. Went to seek help with a pinched nerve that caused me a lot of pain in my shoulder and arm. Went to the chiropractor for over a month, but that didn't really do the trick. But the first session with Heather was great. I felt WAY better and the pain was significantly diminished. Strongly recommend!

I LOVE Heather!! She's one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to. Heather is so kind and will do everything to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your massage. Her touch is intuitive and finds kinks that sometimes I didn't even realize were there. She asks several times throughout the massage if the pressure, etc. is too deep or light which is really great for people who might be nervous about getting a massage. Plus, she always gives out chocolate! Awesome!! I will continue to come to Heather even if I have to drive an hour and a half!

Heather is one of the best massage therapists on the planet. Skilled, caring, and totally professional, Heather combines her great massage therapy with a kind and generous personality. When I had severe pain in my shoulder, I called Heather desperate for some relief. She fit me in to her busy schedule between clients 2 different times. It was the only time I was without pain until the injury healed. She could have said her schedule was full, but she didn't. She went out of her way to help. This is just one example of why Heather is so great. If you want a massage therapist who truly cares about
