Others see you as rocking your life and your business. They admire what you've worked so hard to achieve and create as if you were on top of it all. What isn't so apparent is that inside you feel like an anxious mess. Your mind is constantly racing. Your life feels ruled by stress, worry, perfectionism, performance anxiety, and imposter syndrome.

When the pressure gets to be too much you find yourself having a humiliating meltdown or explosion. You keep trying to get ahead of everything that could go wrong, so you keep going faster and pushing harder; but as much as you achieve and prove, you never really feel "good enough." Your self-critic is so relentless, you wonder what it would take to feel like it's EVER good enough.
Services
I am a psychotherapist, performance improvement coach, and co-founder/business-partnership mediator. I love helping creative, tenacious, and visionary entrepreneurs and small business owners who are finding that stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, frustrations, or self-limitations are keeping them from performing at their best.
I offer a free assessment and consultation in person or by phone to talk about your goals, concerns, strengths and challenges, and discuss my services and how we can best work together. During the initial session(s), we will determine the focus of the therapy based on the issues you describe, the desired outcomes, your individual and shared intentions, and any underlying issues at play.
Brainspotting is a powerful and efficient brain-based method that facilitates the brain and body's natural ability to heal and recover from difficult, overwhelming, or stressful experiences. It is very effective in relieving symptoms such as anxiety, insecurity, and hyper-reactivity.

Note: If you feel generally good with how you manage your thoughts and emotions, and you are ready to focused on how you are performing in the world, moving toward your goals, my coaching services might be a better fit for you rather than therapy.I use Brainspotting in both settings, adapted to the needs of each person.
Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you and your needs can be a challenge. I recommend you find at least 2-3 therapists to meet via consult to see what feels best to you.

If you sense that I might be the right therapist for you, I'd be happy to have a free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss what you are looking for in a therapist or therapeutic experience, what challenges and goals you'd like to address in therapy, how we might work together as well as any questions you might have.
