It is far too easy to push our feelings and emotions aside while we focus on our day-to-day tasks. This may be a temporary solution and may be necessary in specific situations and circumstances at times, though our psyche tends to remind us through dreams, emotions, thoughts, and physiological reactions (e.g., stomachaches, headaches, muscle tension, etc.) that we have not completed the work that needs to be done.

Our clinicians and staff at Aspire can help. Aspire Neuropsychological Services provides therapy and evaluations to children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) evaluations, Learning Disorder assessments, and pre-surgical psychological evaluations to those in all phases of life.
Services
We are a safe, caring, individual, and family-oriented practice who values partnership, growth, change, development, collaboration, and healthy connections with our clients and patients. We offer a variety of services to address the diverse needs of those in our community and in surrounding communities.
Our therapists come from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds and they have all had different experiences. We pride ourselves on diversity. Our goal is to help as many members of our community, and we do so by offering a variety of different services that will meet all of your mental health needs under one roof.
We strive to offer a safe space for everyone who walks through our door. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. It is a caring way to show yourself love. Working one-on-one with your own therapist will allow you to process your past and current experiences, thoughts, and feelings at your pace.
An evaluation provides a patient with information regarding their current level of cognitive and/or psychological functioning, recommendations that will help them succeed at work or school, and information that will help inform them about treatment options. The evaluation may be referred by different people, such as a patient's primary care physician, family member, or insurance company.
We feel it is incredibly important to identify whether a child is exhibiting symptoms of ASD as early as possible. Timing is key with ASD since research shows that early intervention treatment can improve a child's overall intelligence, communication skills, and social interaction. The diagnostic measures that we use can detect ASD in children as young as 12 months of age.

Horrible therapist and owner! Therapist Kathy Friend treats each session as a lecture. Instead of helping me, she's always lecturing me about my past and telling me what to do next. I didn't like her therapy style as she was stubborn, pushy, and by-the-book kind of person. I feel like I didn't have the space to grow. As for the owner Keiko Miller, she is so heartless and inconsiderate. She is aggressive in demanding and taking your payments. Expect to pay $200 per session just to get lectured. If you want to read other people's experiences, check out Nextdoor. Many agree that this is the worst
