I'm going to start with saying that the price of this place is really affordable compared to a lot of other places, living in the area. On the negative side, I have to say living on the third floor, two bedroom apartment, the kitchen is an issue along with the water system in the building. Ever since I moved here in 2016, I've been having water pressure issues and complained about it multiple times. They've sent the maintenance guys to come repair my faucets in the bathroom, nothing changed. Water pressure would massively drop out of nowhere and this is frustrating if you're in the shower rushing

You'll find listings of this complex on multiple sites. The application is online and supposedly the fine print states your $100 application fee is non refundable. Once they approve you, you're promptly informed that they are fully occupied and will keep your application in file until something opens up.. Bottomline, they can simply keep listings on the internet to lure unsuspecting suckers.. approve pretty much everyone n pocket the $100.. On the promise something will open "soon" but thanks for your donation. When you try to plead your case, the woman on the other line gobbles u up like a baracudda
