I received my Sales License in 2003 and was off and running. During the following years, I was always a Top Producer for several different companies. I started to specialize in properties zoned for horses since then I have been #1 in sales each and every year up to the present. I started doing property management and eventually opened my own company.

In 2012 Reno Country Properties was named best in real estate services in the Reno/Sparks area. Bob brings over 40 years of financial management experience to the Real Estate Sales and Property Management business. Bob has participated in a wide variety of financial transactions including as Chief Financial Officer for Octel Communications and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors for Cisco Systems.

They were the best value for apartments in Reno I could find, and they were quick to answer/fix any issues over the 5 years I rented one of their apartments.

Starting relationship with them has been all good so far. Will update if issues arise but the owner personally called and sorted out stuff with us.
So far no complaints, solid company with professional staff.

I really enjoyed working with Reno Country Properties. They were prompt in communication, cheerful and friendly, and very understanding of my situation and willing to work with me. As someone who was renting only their second home, having them there to guide me and make sure things went well was really valuable. Wonderful people! Highly recommend. We saw a house on Monday, processed and signed the lease and got the keys on Tuesday - the week of Thanksgiving! Very prompt replies and helpful with all of my questions.

The main property manager, Adria, is one of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever worked with, and having a certified accountant in the office made me feel secure that my financial transactions would go smoothly. Best landlords ever.

A lady in the office was very rude and not helpful at all. They took my $40, which I understand, is non-refundable, but the way she handled the situation was ridiculous. Didn't offer any other properties to possibly suggest, just told me I should have called first, (twice with a nasty tone), which I did call before hand. The phone recording prompted me to go online to fill out the application. If the property was rented, then they should've taken it off the website. It's a click of button.

Most interactions were not good, not every encounter was bad. Passive aggressively sneaky. I even waited several months think about it & I still feel burned. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!
