From oil changes to timing belt replacement and diesel engine repair, we can help just about anyone with their vehicles. We regularly service both domestic and foreign models and offer sophisticated diagnostic services that help us quickly get to the bottom of your auto issues. We require all of our technicians to be transparent throughout the repair office and can provide an itemized estimate and invoice upon request.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

The auto hospital replaced my steering rack on my car quickly and did a great job. I had it replaced just months before by someone who really messed it up. The auto hospital was able to get it done correctly and now months later it's still working perfectly!

Have been a customer of the Auto Hospital since April of 2019. Recently purchased a newer used vehicle. Troy, Cody, and the team put it through a post-purchase inspection. Found the brake job done by the selling Ford dealership was not done properly and the rotors were warped. This attention to detail for service items that can affect safety is what i want and expect from my auto mechanic. I get that service and quality from the Auto Hospital.

I didn’t go here, I live in Sacramento but, my son & his gf would have been stranded in Reno if they hadn’t went out of their way to make time to fix their vehicle and provided excellent customer service . They were packed and still made time for them even though they didn’t have an appointment and showed up last min. This means a lot to me! Glad to have my loved ones back safely !

UPDATED REVIEW: Troy, the owner, took the time to follow up with me on this and appologize and explained the circumstances that resulted in no one assisting me during my vist. He made a good faith offer to accomidate a diagnostic on my vehicle outside of regular business hours. I am updating my review to include 4 stars. Thanks Troy!

These guys fix cars. They do it at a great price, and preform a great service. Their website could use some work (online appts are the way to go), but I have zero regrets. I loved going here; guy at the front was awesome to talk to and his wife was good company. I hope they had a healthy child - if I ever leave horrible CA again, I will pick these guys for any automotive stuff I cannot do myself. A+ service and A+ customer service.

"The Auto Hospital" definitely earns 5-Stars. For auto tuning and diagnostics, Troy, Cody and their team are Super Stars. They did perfect jobs on both of my cars. Carburation and electronics. Troy and the team have the knowledge and experience to make things perfect. I highly recommend them for any and all automotive work. Thank you guys!
