Edited November 16. After two months of being harassed through this review, you finally say there is an issue with your booking system with no apologies for any previous statements or behaviors. In response to such, I would like to clarify. I understand difficulties with websites or booking programs. However, if submissions through your business website are directed to spam, you should consider checking that folder more often. In addition, an email response was received well after a review was left on my end according to timestamps. The email received requested a verification of identity, not any

takes the time to inquire about problem areas and asks good questions to understand how they may be occurring. Julie certainly fixes issues with great care and also provides feedback on how you can prevent them in the future. Always feel great afterwards. She does amazing work!

Quite simply, Julie is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. When I started with her I had had a lot of good massage therapy. The bar was high. Julie cleared that bar easily. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy - something I greatly appreciate given that I often saw her for migraine and tension headache management. And she offers a variety of massage types and techniques; some of which I have only experienced with her. Sometimes I just needed a relaxing massage and she was great at this too. I left Columbus 2 years ago and have yet to find someone as skilled as she is.

This place has gone downhill since moving. The only remaining masseuse is aloof and uncaring. Hopefully conditions improve as she settles into the space, but for now I don’t recommend it.
I’ve noticed you tell any negative reviews that you can’t identify them as a customer. I’m sorry you feel I’ve effected you negatively, but if you have issues to resolve then do that rather than blaming others for being unhappy with services received. Again, nothing personal. If you have issues to resolve there as well, do that. Don’t bring them here.

I have been getting massages for almost 30 years. Ever since I started with Julie, I can honestly say I always feel like a new person after a massage with her. Her ability to focus and attack all of my soreness and tender areas all in one hour is amazing. She is truly the nicest, warmest and most professional therapist out there and she cares!!!

I tried out Natural Bodywork in January 2019. I have been to Natural State Bodywork 6 times. I cannot recommend Natural State Bodywork enough! Amanda is amazing, she is welcoming, relaxing, professional, and always looking for ways to make your visits better. The massage room is beautiful and relaxing. The location is convenient and has reserved parking! Since my first visit my husband has also became a regular.
