We have been Licensed Massage Therapists for over 10 years combined. Our Massage expertise includes Swedish Massage, Deep-Tissue Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy (NMT), Myofascial-Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy to ensure a positive stress clearing treatment plan. Rayburn and Alaina both share an amazing passion to truly help people using Massage Therapy.
Rayburn focuses more on Sports Therapy, uses more deep-tissue techniques, and myofascial-release to help clients rehabilitate injuries and keep some fatigue injuries away. Alaina follows a similar route, with more focus towards the deep intrinsic pathways that really help relieve pain.

First of all, these stones are amazing. We bought a set and then some to serve our clients well when their tissues need some heat to assist with releasing! We are not paid to feature them on our website, but they have treated us so well we had to mention their great products. These stones are made from American Soapstone, which is one of the greatest heat absorbing stones on Earth!
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle type of massage that works to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid. It has been said to be a systemic, rhythmic method of purposefully but gently stretching the skin to produce an increase in the volume of flow of the lymph fluid through the filtering system of the body.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams- about the weight of a nickel- practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.
