Bad landlord!!! He is slow with service requests. He talks to you in a patronizing way and is a self proclaimed "expert". I had a pet in the apartment and had been paying for it the whole time and one day he shows up saying I need to pay for it; this leads me to question his record keeping. Often a service request will not even be acknowledged and if it is he may come up with a bad excuse as to why it wont get done, and it he does decide to do it it will not be soon. If you can rent elsewhere I would.
