Ordered 10,000 boxes for my company and they were ready within a very reasonable timeframe. I came from Montreal to pick them up and everyone was very kind upon my arrival. I dealt with a few people and they were all very helpful and accommodating, especially Dorde! Very happy with final product. Thank you again for bringing my vision to life!

Wow, this was an unpleasant experience. First order came through ok but the folds were bad on a 3rd of our product. When I reached out to support, they ghosted me, I couldn't get through for weeks. Finally after calling, they agreed to "re-do" the faulty ones if I sent back the bad ones. Well all they did was trim the bad folds, which resulted in an off-centre artwork. Even worse, they came back smudged and damaged! The amateurism and poor customer service is off the charts.

I experienced some delay before my order was shipped. Then, my order was delivered trough Canpar instead of Canada post, and package get lost. However, client service was very responsive. My order was reprint and shipped through Canada post the very same dayl. Also, nice quality at a fair price. So, overall a nice experience. I will buy again from Newprint.

Based on my experience today, they want my business, they are trying to make my project go through in time and they have a pretty cool tool to use for creating custom packaging. Not the cheapest out there, but also certainly not the most expensive!! Custom stuff is just pricey generally. Happy to keep it local!

If it was possible to give a Zero for that business I'll be giving it. I've contacted them by email to get a quote for a small quantities of hang tags. Amazingly, I've got a fast reply from a guy named Elie and he gave me a price. We exchange few emails regarding the possibility to print on different cardstock and he told me that due the small quantity, if I can provide the cardstock that he will proceed with the order. While beeing ready to order the cardstock, I've asked him if the cardstock is compatible with his printer because the cardstock specification state that it's for Offset printing

Being an already existing client for 2+ years I needed more cards for my business. Emailed first to the guy I dealt with....no reply after a week. OK, I thought he quit or changed his email address. Called the place spoke to him; email was OK (still the same) he just never got back to me.
We discussed my situation (just needed to update some minor details on the card nothing major, 5 min. tops). Asked me to email him the updated info, so I did on the same day.
Waited a week, no reply, so I called again.... a lady picked up the phone
