The atmosphere was nice, however there were some drunk people being a bit loud and saying some offensive things. I ordered a Greek pizza, but they forgot to put the greek olives on, which is the best part of greek pizza!! The pizza was pretty good otherwise, nothing special, but not bad either.

Decent pizza, if not the best you've ever had, it is always reliable and good value. When looking for a tasty, comforting inexpensive dinner, this is one of my top choices.

This place is okay, but it wouldn't become my normal pizza spot. They have a good deal Monday-Wednesday for a large one topping for $8.99. So for that price, it's good. I'm not sure if I would come another time and spend anymore, though.

But the reason I gave it a two star is for the other factors. The first being the pretzel bites. They're okay, but they're almost rock hard and you don't get many for $9. They're really small, so while you may get 10 of them, they're only maybe an inch big. Just too overpriced. The cheese that comes with it is not good at

We were looking for a place to eat tonight, everything was booked, so we stopped in. We were told everything might be slower due to staffing, but that was fine. Your dining room was slammed. Your server, Sydney M. was running around and did a fabulous job! As busy as she was she was attentive, friendly, and personable! This young lady deserves a raise!!

Went for lunch and had a great experience: I had the antipasto salad which was enormous and the others at the table had pizza. Service was great as is the food. I love in NH and have driven by pats in many maine towns a million times, but this was my first stop. Great experience and I see why they thrive

Excellent food. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.
Food prices were good and large portions added extra value to our meals.
Well worth the visit.

Stopped in on a monday night at 7:30 not a big crowd. Waited 5 minutes never saw a hostess while several people came in for takeout orders. Went home to eat a can of baked beans.. Other franchises past and present were/are much better.

Terrible. Ordered a ham and cheese calzone and they forgot the cheese. Flat dough with a few slices of ham inside. Wife's eggplant parmigiana sandwich magically became a.chicken parmigiana sandwich. Few months ago in COVID times order a pizza on phone and entered when told. Paid for pizza which they brought straight out then told me they had to remake it as they forgot the cheese. Told them to please bring to my car outside the door (remember COVID). After almost 30 minutes I go in and they forgot to bring me the corrected pizza. Another time brought a pizza home and it tasted like cardboard

This is our go-to eatery in Brunswick! We've been Pat's customers for over 30 years and are amazed and how consistent the food is from location to location (only 1 exception in Holden, Maine at Tradition's Golf Center). At the Brunswick store, which is fairly new, they do a superb job honoring all the distinctive Pat's flavors and traditions. We've tried a wide-variety of items on the menu and have never been disappointed. We often get pepperoni and mushroom, but the Pat's Combo, the BBQ chicken pizza, and the buffalo chicken pizzas are all great too. Also, the margaritas here are outstanding!

This was my first visit to Pat's Pizza🍕 in Brunswick, Maine.
I found the Restaurant across the street from the Big Apple Shell Station on 112 Pleasant street.
If your traveling SOUTH on Pleasant Street, it is on your right hand side ( Right after DUNKIN DOUNUTS)
and pretty easy to menuver into the parking lot.
If you are traveling NORTH on Pleasant Street, it is on your left and can be tricky mounuvering across 2 lanes of on coming traffic.
There is plenty of signage as well as parking at Pat's Pizza 🍕 all the way around the restaurant.
With the MAIN ENTRANCE AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING

Slow service. The food was ok. Not all of it was correct. Only saw our waitress a couple times and there was maybe 3 other parties in the dinning room we were in. We ate at Pats in yarmouth last week and got almost the exact same order. I thought it was just the Yarmouth location because the Pats pizza in Bar Harbor area is Amazing. Huge let down to have drove over an hour to get here.

Great pizza and great service. Beats Domino's and Papa John's by a mile! They need to take notes from Pat's.

They left off 2 of the topping I ordered even though it was clear on the receipt. I paid $20 for the pizza and they didn't even include $4 worth of toppings. the dough was too floppy and cheese was weird. like chunky not how pizza cheese should be. Overall bummed I paid so much to get ripped off.

Consistently good pizza. Thin crust leftovers reheats well from frozen or cold in toaster oven. Double dough pepperoni is the best! Good cheesy bread. Skip sandwiches and salads.

As several other reviewers have said, other locations of this chain are, well, off the chain. I've spent many hours at the Yarmouth location drinking pitchers of beer, eating delicious food and watching hockey. For whatever reason, the Brunswick location is struggle town. I've eaten in house a few times and it's been fine, but anytime I order (3 times and the last time) for delivery it is terrible! I order, the staff says it will be 1.5 hours, and less than 20 minutes later I get a knock on my door and a bunch of undercooked food. Do they think people are wilting away if they order

My wife and I have been fans of Pats Pizza for decades. Nevertheless, we have avoided this location for awhile due to the growing pains we have heard about. We decided to try it for the first time today. Not sure what to say .... nothing was wrong with our visit but nothing stood out either. The service was rudimentary and the food was decent. I like a pizza with a crust that is crisp and my pizza was quite doughy though.... especially considering I had no other topping besides cheese. We did try the tater tot appetizer however and it was quite good. I must say though, next time I am in the

Yes, Yelp..."Yay! I'm a fan" :)

One thing that I love is how they make it "local" The high school mascots on the tables. It's pretty cool. While it is a local chain, it feels like a town-local pub with the customization.

The parking ...AWESOME! so many spaces for everyone. I would be afraid that if the lot was full, the place would be packed! Luckily I like to eat a late lunch early dinner. Usually plenty of seats at 2:30pm on Saturday. LOL

The staff is amazing. They're fast zipping around, taking orders and delivering orders. They are on the spot with drink

I'd do 3.5 if it was possible. Let me start off with the wait staff, they are always very friendly and attentive. However, we've been there twice while they were playing music on their cell phones at the drink area. Super annoying. The food can be great or it can be very off. 80% of the time it's excellent and cooked perfectly. The other 20% of the time it's over cooked or with so many toppings you can't even pick it up. The wraps are always delicious and fillI think once they work out the kinks it will be as good as the one in Yarmouth

Don't waste your time and money. And I grew up on Pat's Pizza. They have continually screwed up orders. Twice now, the double dough pizza was raw. The wait staff is sub-par and doesn't even apologize when your order is screwed up or uncooked, not try to fix it. Again, don't waste your time at this location. Go to the Yarmouth first! This place will be closed by next spring if the don't change something

Went to Pat's in Brunswick yesterday with my grandkids. We had three different pizzas and they were all great which was obvious by the empty plates. Jess our server was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend this place and will definitely go again. Don't believe all the negative comments which didn't take into account that the place had just opened.

Just had a disappointing experience here.

After waiting awhile after ordering our food (a large Pat's combo) a woman came out with a pizza and said, "Pat's Combo?" while trying to decide whether or not it belonged to my booth or to the next booth. I tried to get her attention, as I was pretty sure it was ours since the people in the booth arrived 10 minutes after we did, but she plunked it down on their table and went back to the kitchen.

We waited a minute or two, and then my suspicions were confirmed when I noticed the woman look at the computer and the the other booth
