As much as I was not of fan of being in trouble, Howard Stein stood by my side and explained matters and movements in full detail. He was there from day one, thru all the court dates and process and stood proud the day my case was finally dismissed. He's relatable, charming and knowledgable. I noticed that every time we entered court, the judges, prosecutors and other attorneys were always so happy and positive to see him, which I think is quite telling. I gave him 5 out of 5 stars, but if it were possible to give him more, I would. Howard is the legal expert you want on your team.

Mr Lotzkar is a good lawyer and a solid fella to have in your corner. My back was up against a wall and he helped me out tremendously. He knows the law and sometimes it was tough keeping up with him, he can talk so quickly and confidently on the topic! My public defender was from this office and I had a literally amazing experience with him. I've heard (and seen) many horror stories of public defenders who don't care, who don't have time for you, who basically aren't very helpful. I had the opposite experience. While it took a while to make my appointment, when I was there I was given plenty of attention and information. All my questions were answered and my case was handled very well. My only two complaints: I couldn't see the defender before my initial court date and I also wasn't told anything until the day of. It would have been nice to know

Avoid this corrupted attorneys . I was represented by them in Bellevue and then Issaquah jail where they are the only pic defenders. Lotzkar is fake and works for prosecutors. Like their first free attorney, he approached me and said : I urge you very badly that you sign a deal! I said he'll NO! Lotzkar insisted bit I said again that NO! Why should I do it when I am not guilty. Few months prior, I was represented by one of their female attorneys in Bellevue and I was stupid to say I was guilty upon her advice , and although the judge asked me if that was your attorney who suggested you to plead

If you ever need criminal law defense, especially if you have been served a restraining order, I cant recommend Cara Starr highly enough.
She is one of the most experienced lawyers, knows the law inside out, and the judges, knowing how cases end up.

Howard Stein embodies all of the favorable qualities one would associate with a lawyer.
