Their management keeps getting worse. No salt or snow removal the past 3 days. 3 people have slipped and one car has been damaged due to them not salting, like any normal property company would have done considering the weather. I repeat, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. ALMOST 300 dollars a month and they don't do anything except vacuum once a month in my stair well.
Have called them numerous times to fix our front entryway door to the building and the lights in the hallway. They have yet to complete both maintenance requests. Would not recommend renting from them

Redkey has been very understand about my financial situation and is working with us through hard times. Also big thank you to Dawson Novak. Dawson manages our apartments and is amazing. He is so friendly and has great communication with all of us tenants. He really goes above and beyond for us! We have lived here 5 years and do not have one complaint about him!

Closing all the way so anyone could get into our building and then light was out a month or so longer after the door was finaly fixed. All the ladies Ive talk to qt their office are rude qnd make you feel like your issues are not important. Pretty sure having your building door close all the way is important. DO not rent. And I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau.

The only problem I have currently with this place is the outrageous late fees that they charge. During a time of COVID-19 pandemic there are people who are getting sick who can’t work and might be late on rent, I have experienced it myself as well as heard from others that this company does not care. My last review included maintenance issues they fixed one of them however there is still a gap in the front door allowing cold air snow rain water to just flow on through. The groundskeeping can also be improved however I understand that is a huge, and expensive investment.

I truly enjoyed working with the professionals from Red Key Real Estate. They went out of there way to move me in in the time frame I asked for even tho it was kinda short notice and right before Thanksgiving holiday. The property is really taken care of and clean . They are quick to respond with any question or concerns . I highly recommend them.

I currently rent from red key in a sub division out west. I must say, for the price we pay over 2k a month, you would expect great service with any maintenance issues. Not the case. It has been over two months since we have submitted our maintenance request and still nothing has been done I left messages and emails. Do not sign a lease with these people! 14/30 rule is all I have to say. Have a letter prepared in advance if you do sign.

At first, I was disappointed in renting my place because the place was not cleaned (boarders not cleaned, under fridge, stove, stuff left in basement, under kitchen sink, garage, etc.) nor checked before moving in, found out a dog was in this house which we figured out by the insane amount of dog hair all over and it was buried in the backyard, anyway, my family and I cleaned the entire house ourselves prior to moving in...then was having issues with bugs, the first person I talked to about it was not helpful, and pretty much tried to blame me (not good customer service on that end, that was belittling

Absolutely a terrible company to rent from. They lie about everything and have zero interest in giving back a deposit.10/10 will never have anything to do with them again. Beware to all prospective renters. Look elsewhere for renting. I would give this company minus five stars if it were possible to do so.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Workers are phenomenal and very go with the flow as far as your needs! The apartment I moved into was not fully prepared but I feel that was more the fault of the landlord rather than red key as a company! They are fantastic especially as a teen who needed a place to live. They made everything so easy.

Red Key Real Estate and Property Management are Top Notch. My wife and I have dealt with multiple Property Management Companies in the past with mixed results at best from delayed response to outright refusing to address serious issues for months on end. Colin and the support team have always been quick to respond and address any issues and concerns we've had as tenets. We had an issue with water in our basement and Red Key had a plumber out the same day to fix the problem...Would recommend to anyone new to Omaha...

If I had a negative star option I'd would have selected it, moved into my apt when the building was under a different manager. Joe was hands on being that he was the owner of the building, things got done because he was there daily and kept his tenants ents in check by holding them accountable to keeping the place up to tankards.
