Sage Commercial Real Estate is a true third party brokerage company that has a core belief in training our agents from the ground up. Sage has brought on many interns who have gone on to become licensed and successful agents with the company. We believe in teaching our staff the value of every transaction, no matter its size.
Our agents take ownership prospective on every deal so that they are serving the client as if it was their capital or business. Sage Capital Real Estate Investments is our investment vehicle that helps our clients to facilitate transactions, whether it be assisting with financing, syndicating specific transactions, or advising our clients on partnerships.

This charming 10 unit brick building was purchased in 2011, the exterior was solid but dated, and the interior was very harsh and dated as well. The location was unbeatable, the property sits just minutes by foot to restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues. You are also very close to the University of Omaha, University Medical Center, and a short drive to the University of Creighton.
With humble beginnings and big dreams, Sage Capital and its subsidiary Sage Capital Development began their journey out of the back office of a friend's office space. What began with a single office and a real estate intern has grown into a full-scale development operation with several very notable projects under their belt as well as numerous others in the process.
The definition of a commercial real estate broker is, someone who helps clients buy, sell, or lease commercial properties. At Sage Capital we feel that this is only scratching the surface of what our agents do, and what our philosophy is surrounding the commercial real estate business.
At Sage Capital our brokerage business is truly full service, we are not transactional in nature, as we strive to build lasting relationships, and to bring value to our clients in any way that we can.We understand that real estate is a very large component of any business and can be one of an individual's largest investments, so we do not take this lightly.

At Sage Capital we pride ourselves in putting our money where our mouth is. If we were strictly a third-party brokerage company, and did not have any of our own capital invested in Real Estate what would this say about our thoughts on this asset class? Our core belief in Real Estate as one of the best asset classes is what drives our continued investing in real estate.

I have worked with Collin Brown for now over 7 years and have done more then 10 deals with him. As a real estate investor, I have dealt with many agents in Omaha, and I find many agents in this industry wait for business to come to them. Collin is a "Worker" and has continuously found investment opportunities for me and others that I have referred him too. He is absolutely a man of his word, answers his phone at any time of the day and has been responsive to my needs which is a rare commodity. If your looking for a great agent with industry knowledge, I would strongly suggest you give him a call

Beware of these people. I was working with someone to lease a property when Collin Brown contacted my agent with a verbal offer. We ended up stoping the lease and started to work with Collin. Collin’s words mean nothing because his actual offer was lower than his verbal and was a typical bait and switch shady tactic. After finally reaching an agreement with Collin he threw a fit because he screwed up a contract that he drew up and wanted to change after the fact. This man then had the audacity to call my agent unbelievable because she wouldn’t change the contract that he drew up and we agreed
