Honest, personable and communicative. The entire team went above and beyond in not only resolving our case, but ultimately ensuring that we understood the process. Our expectations were exceeded and our interests were always represented first and foremost. We never waited more than an hour or so for response to any questions or concerns we may have had, and both Mike and Bob always made me feel advocated for. Very happy clients!

I worked with attorney Michael Harris to resolve my issues. He was fantastic to work with. He was all business with me, which was great: it meant I was working with someone who could focus me on practical issues when I would get upset emotionally because of what I was dealing with.
He also really knows his stuff, not just about the law, but also about the nuances that surround the law from every angle. He was able to accomplish for me what I never could’ve on my own, because of this savvy knowledge he has.
I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a good attorney to seek out attorney

Liz and Florence worked tirelessly to represent our son in a medical malpractice suit. From our first meeting all the way through court we could not have felt more supported. The process was long and hard for our family but Liz and Florence lead us through with compassion and professionalism. Their dedication and command of the details of our son's case can not be matched. Here is an excerpt of the note we wrote to Liz and Florence after our trial.
"I wanted to touch base and tell you both again how appreciative we are for all of the work you put in to representing our son. The last 2.5 weeks

I met with Elizabeth Mulvey to discuss a medical claim. Her advice and guidance were clear and realistic, reflecting her many years of experience. She is very responsive and encouraging. She helped me resolve my claim in less than a year instead of the 2 or more years that are typical. I always felt she had my best interests first in mind. I recommend her without reservation; you could not be in better hands.

Attorney Michael Harris of Crowe & Mulvey came highly recommended, and I retained him to represent me in regard to a hotel accident. My husband and I met with Attorney Harris in person and we discussed my case in detail. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise. The law suit process is lengthy with depositions, collection of evidence, expert opinions and interviews with the opposing attorney's. Through it all, Attorney Harris and his staff were very professional, courteous & responsive to any & all questions we might have had. He was particularly helpful in the negotiations of the settlement

My siblings and I were fortunate to be referred to Liz Mulvey when we discovered those responsible for our sister’s care were not forthcoming about the circumstances around her death. Our sister was born with developmental disabilities and lived at home for most of her life. She was the center of our family and thriving in her mid 50s when she died in a group residence. Liz, Mike Harris and colleagues treated our beloved sister’s loss of life with extraordinary compassion, counsel and support. Their principled approach brought to light what occurred at her residence and accountability for her

Here is a summary of the message I sent to the spectacular lawyer I had the pleasure of working with during a very emotional case. "I can not tell you how thankful I am for your genuine kindness throughout this entire process. I always felt very comfortable speaking with you & I never hesitated for a moment to reach out to you with any questions or otherwise. You made me feel like you truly cared about my family. You always took time to explain things and listen in a manner that made me feel like I was the only important thing in that moment. More importantly, you stayed true to what my father

This firm was completely unprepared for trial. The firms goal is to settle, not litigate. They did not call witnesses that could have contradicted statements made by opposing witnesses, they did not tell me I had ten days to file for a new trial after the trial, and when attorney Florence Carey told me the "going rate for 62 year olds," - my mother, was $750,000, she lost my respect completely. She denied saying things she told me and a friend just months before, and the firm did not adequately obtain experts, dropped defendants without advising me, and that is my opinion of this firm
