Our menu for the meat lovers, a classic slow roasted, fork tender and delicious organic Lamb Shank. A 5-hour roasted, boneless Short Rib, and an Argentinean inspired grilled #churasco style Chimichirri Skirt Steak with my fav, oven roasted Brussels sprouts, and fat American steak fries. It's the best quality Angus meat that is healthy, pasture-raised and I believe, if you're going to eat meat, it shouldn't be poisonous.
