Bought the equipment, supplies, and maintenance contract. The hookup to tell them status of the machine has never worked. Called to get service and was told I still owed them money and they would not service, even though I'm paying over $40 a month on the lease for service. Now, when I call, they won't even answer the phone. My advice - buy local, people will find all kind of excuses not to service Round Rock from San Antonio

THIEF - I AM OUT $3,000 with NO Sign and NO Masks
I went into his office to get a sign. We went over the whole process and specifications of the sign.
After about a week of following up and trying to figure out where we were going with the sign, he sends over his buddy Jeff.
Jeff and Efrain work together and do not like to make it clear how they work together exactly. (Side scam job???)
I write a check for half to start the job and am told I can get upgraded sign if I give an additional $700 because of blah blah blah - they look reputable, right? Why should I worry?
Well here I am now and

We first discovered sign it right when we needed one of our plotters fixed ASAP and I took a chance and called 7p.m. on a Sunday. I got an answer and was able to resolve our issues with the plotter and ultimately decided to purchase a new one from Sign It Right. I was immediately attracted to the fact that they would be able to service a wide variety of equipment, including our Mutoh printer and them being local seemed to really seal the deal with us being long term customers. We had them come out and service our printer over a year ago. We were going to have maintenance done but were contemplating

After 5 years of being a client they still treat me like they are trying to earn my business. The owner Efrain is one of the best color experts in the game and is very hands on. He's the one of the very few that understands all of the facets of printing from business cards to billboards and while other sales people only work on sales pitch he has worked to MAKE ME MONEY with my equipment. Hats off to this company and if you are buying printing or sign equipment the value this company offers is simply amazing! Don't shop anywhere else. I can't express in words how much Efrain Melanie and Joe have helped us at ACME reprographics and digital printing. Efrain did a great job of getting my plotter in for repair, diagnosing it (even though the manufacturer couldn't figure it out after 3 weeks of phone tech support) and getting it fixed in a day. I picked it up and was back in business making money with it. He even updated the firmware for good measure.
