Services
We typically model home/building designs by others placed and integrated on the surveyor's site topography. This 3D model is used to create detailed construction plans, sections, and elevations. Most of our work is in Texas but we can offer our Integrated Design service for any site on the planet (where local rules allow it).
My education on sustainability started in the early 60's. My dad bought a little red Simca for his commute so my Texas Mom could drive the Oldsmobile 88 often filled with too many kids in New Jersey. Linkwood is a deed restricted community for single family homes with 5' home offsets and 3' for detach 1-level garages, 8' limit on fences. It is located within a 100-year flood plain though much of it did not flood during Harvey. Projects will require Civil engineering which we can provide. In addition to Linkwood's deed restrictions, construction must follow the City of Houston codes.
Residential: We design your best solution whether a French Drain, Basin, Swale, Drainage Piping, Channel Drain or some combination. Then we provide engineer sealed plans for permit and construction. We'll discuss drainage options with you before we design your swale, detention basin, underground piping, channels, and grading.

Hired Eco-Holdings to calculate a load bearing beam size for wall removal in my house. When the framer opened up the sheetrock to do the job they discovered the floor joists from the second story were running perpendicular to the new beam, it was assumed in the load calculations and sealed letter from Eco that they were running parallel. Spoke to Gary and stated that the framers were on site performing the work and needed to know if the beam size would still be correct ASAP knowing the floor joist assumption was incorrect. Was told he would get back to me later that day and when I didn't hear anything

Eco-Holdings designed the foundation and framing for house we are planning to build. They did an outstanding job! Gary and his team were very thorough with the details and patient with our questions, reviewing our every concern and explaining why they recommended what they did. The engineering and plans they provided exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone designing/building their own home to contact Gary and his team, they will make sure your house is built on a solid foundation. Was referred by George Gazis, contractor. Gary did a very thorough job. Met with us at our flooded house, looked at all field conditions, took measurements, hypothesized the best solution for some structure modifications, and then went back to his office to determine the structural calculations for the best fit. We timely received the stamped plans and specs which allowed me to get the contractor to work on bidding the job. I am sure I will see Gary again once the contractor has everything exposed in the field for Gary to verify actual conditions and the beam has then been placed. Thank you Gary
