Everyone has heard the horror stories about a pushy real estate agent leading to buyers remorse or an unhappy home owner. Or even lazy agents that looses out on an opportunity for their buyer because it's Saturday and we'll just wait until Monday to put in an offer. Mike was extremely helpful, he was able to rent property within a very short period of time, Personally made sure property is ready on time. You can't ask for a better management company. defiantly a 5 star service to both tenants and owners.

Michael Lambros represented us when buying my wife's dream house. There were major deal breakers that were discovered during inspection that would have killed most deals. Michael methodically negotiated with the seller to address these major $$ problems and had all the remediation written into the contract. It turned out wonderful! I cannot stress enough that you will be in good hands with Lambros Realty. We will use them next time we are in the market.
