My name is Jeff Copeland, and I partner with investors from all over the U.S. and abroad to expand their multifamily investment property holdings here in the Tampa Bay Area. As our Business Development Management, Claire is responsible for that crucial first contact with our new clients, and for connecting them with the team member that best meets their real estate investing needs and goals. Claire is originally from South Wales in the UK, and trained as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Wales before moving the the US.
Rob Reed is a realtor in St Petersburg, FL. As a native of St Petersburg, Rob has seen the city transform from a sleepy retirement mecca into a vibrant and popular place to work, live, and play with a thriving real estate market. Rob owns rental properties in St Pete and knows St Petersburg and the surrounding Tampa Bay area extremely well.
Carmen Harris is a realtor in Tampa, Florida who specializes in working with Tampa Bay real estate investors. Carmen is a rare double threat: She obtained both her Florida Real Estate and General Contractor's licenses in 2020 and joined Copeland Morgan soon after. She holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management and has a project management background with over 20 years' experience in the telecommunications industry.

These Townhomes are in a great location. Close to two schools and a library and grocery stores. There are several great restaurants and a lot of Beautiful churches. Also a little park across the street and about a half mile away from another playground.
The management team here Jeff Copland is a great property manager. However the apartments are in need of updating. Their nice and meet needs but the previous landlord sold them needing TLC. I've been here since 2014 and for the most part its a quiet neighborhood. Its a decent place to raise your child or have a bedroom and office.

Great property management group. My tenant specifically called out that they are renewing their lease another year in 2021 as a result of the relationship and trust they have cultivated with Copeland Morgan. Astounding! Quick responses. Throughout 2020 they kept a close pulse on the climate and kept us informed on tenant payment status. Very reliable.

The property management company had Ed McCall do the lighting at all three units of my son's triplex. He installed can lighting and a fan/light combo in the bedrooms, replaced the hideous chandelier in each dining room, and put in new lighting in all the closets. Excellent, excellent job and did the work quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied.

Jeff runs an amazing agency. He was very accommodating to our needs and worked with us very quickly when we first moved to the area. After our first year lease ended he even helped to find us an even better place to lease afterwards.
His process is fast and he is very reasonable with pricing and expectations etc. Super easy to pay your rent and even offered suggestions for extra help during covid.
Definitely recommend!

If I could give them less stars I would. The first month I moved in someone broke into my apartment and I requested they replace the window. I even had a police report and everything. Replacement never happened. My front door is an interior door rather than an exterior door and I requested it be replaced, seeing as it is unable to close unless dead-bolted. Never happened. A representative of the owner came to do an inspection and left my front door wide open for 24 hours. It’s just bad maintenance all around. Failure to make tenants feel safe. However, I will say the maintenance man is very helpful

We gave Jeff our property after 1 1/2 year with other property manager. The property was the true definition of value add. He got it with 4 empty units, and 2 non performing out of 9. City violations, tons of projects that never happened with the previous manager. Within 2 months he managed to make it the dream we had envisioned. Our property is fully leased with great tenants, still lots of work to be done but every project we had in mind is happening. Hands down the best property/project manager ever. Communication is so easy, the use of technology makes it easy to own a property far away. Thank

I had searched endlessly for a property manager in St Pete that could go up and beyond what is required as I live out of state. I currently live out of state but own a 9 unit multi-family in St Pete Beach and Jeff Copeland is extremely knowledgable about the St Pete market and has helped my apartments to increase rent to market rents, suggestions on repairs/cleaning, etc for keeping my property in top shape, and numbers on cap rates.
