An H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa for immigrants for temporary employment in the United States in a "specialty occupation", an occupation that normally requires a bachelor's degree in a specialized field. The H-1B petition must be filed by a U.S. employer and, if approved, allows the foreign individual to work solely for that employer.
The O-1 visa is a temporary non-immigrant visa for foreign individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, athletics, or in television/motion pictures.
An employer must file a petition for the O-1 on behalf of the foreign individual; the petition must be submitted with a written consultation or advisory opinion from a peer group, labor organization, or management organization regarding the work to be performed and the foreign individual's qualifications.

PERM Labor Certification, administered by the U.S. Department of Labor, is normally the first step for a foreign individual to obtain permanent resident status - a green card - through an employment-based immigrant visa petition.
A U.S. employer applies on behalf of the foreign worker and must show that this job offer will not displace an available U.S. worker and will not adversely affect the wages or working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.Labor certification applications are a pre-requisite for most employment-based petitions, with the exception of the EB-1 category and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions.

Under the Trump administration, immigrants in the United States faced an unprecedented wave of bigotry and horror contrary to the core values of the United States.
His administration separated immigrant children from their families, detained asylum seekers indefinitely, created harsh new guidelines for asylum that contradict long held legal precedent, questioned the right of immigrants to have due process under our laws, and banned immigrants from several Muslim countries from entering the U.S. In addition, his policies significantly decreased the number of visas issued to legal immigrants.

Robert Jacobs managed my application for a Green Card. Two years later, he managed my application to have the restrictions lifted. The timing of the issuance of the Green Card as well the response from USCIS to my application to have restrictions lifted was exactly as Mr Jacobs had forecast. The whole process was stress free because of Mr Jacobs.

Critical: Professionalism, Value
Called this joker and he quoted me an astronomical fee. He then explained what a hassel it would be to represent me. No compassion, just wants easy money and naive clients. I'm glad I had the better mind to hang up on him. There are better, less expensive Attorneys out there that actually care. Call one of them. I did!

Everyone in Gainesville Florida or Alachua Florida please do not go to attorney Robert J Jacob Imagration who is located at 2830 nw 41 st Gainesville Florida 32606 because he scams Hispanics and does not help anyone! He wants you to already know good English or have a translator and does not try to understand your English! My mother had been with him for 2 years and he did not do anything to send the file that was ready for immigration and he let a year pass without doing anything and stopped my mother's case and blames her for not comunicating with him when my mother was trying to get a hold of
