Brad began his insurance career in 1999 with Vollmer & Associates. In 2001 Vollmer & Associates was purchased by MainSource Financial, where he managed the Agency from 2001 - 2010. In 2010, Brad purchased the book of business from MainSource Financial and started Encore Insurance Group. He is a High School Graduate of South Ripley High School where he graduated in 1996.
