So, the response time was great and the turnover was quick. We had a 15 oz mug printed with my boyfriend’s picture for his mom. But unfortunately the print job wasn’t so good. The picture was not aligned correctly. It was crooked. And it’s obvious against the cups rim. It’s not the biggest deal but it gets annoying very quickly when you notice it.

I had to print an assignment for my class today and for the first time, I decided to use this business for its services. I had to print two word documents and I had them on a jump drive. I informed the worker that I needed to print and she gave my jump drive to another worker and printed the 26 pages. The total for this service came out to $7.57. I was shocked, but I paid it, only to find out that my classmates who used the computer at the front paid considerably less. After standing there for 45 minutes，someone finally saw me at the counter. They took my order and says to wait. I waited another one hour, finally they calls my name. We were discussing my book for my exhibition, although it is a little bit complicated, I tried my best to explain to them that I just want them to print it and i will come back to rearrange them. And theres that short haired lady around her 50s, heard our discussion and gone mad on me saying we don't take this kind of orders why you are making things complicated, and then she pushed the order slip back to me in a extremely rude
