Unfortunately my experience with this State Farm agent was anything but good. I get it that things happen beyond the agents control but what makes or breaks any business is how they treat their customers. Even after working directly with the corporate customer service department and their assurance that this local agents office would reach out to me on several occasions, they just wouldn't return my calls. If the local agents won't try and help their own neighbors than you absolutely know they will never stand up for you when you need them after an accident.

My wife and I had a very good meeting with Caitlin. She actually reached out and scheduled a time for us to come in to discuss some upcoming changes to our policies. I was pleasantly surprised with the effort to inform us of the changes versus getting a letter in the mail. She was very helpful in explaining our options so that we could make good decisions. Caitlin is absolutely AMAZING. I could not say enough about how happy I am with everything she's done for me and she made it all so easy and painless. Never thought it was possible but she saved me SO much on my premium and was able to get me even more coverage for less. HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you haven't already, never hurts to quote and definitely ask for Caitlin!!!

I switched from liberty mutual to State Farm and saved myself over 50% of what I was paying for full coverage on my new Audi and renters insurance. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and informative Caitlin Boyd was. She explained everything to me and broke it down so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I was able to get the exact same coverage and then some for way less than what I was getting with liberty mutual!!! They claimed that was the best they could do, well they were sadly mistaken and lost my business, but I am so happy to be with State Farm and may even get life insurance

I switched to State Farm a few years ago and Matt Tynan happened to be the person to help me when I went into the office. He has been nothing but helpful, professional and all around good person since. He is always willing to help or answer any questions I have. I recommend him to everyone I know!
