Hi! I'm Melissa, a total night owl who lives in leggings 99.9% of the time, loves wine, trying new recipes and surrounding myself with family and good friends. I am married to the most amazing man on the planet (for almost 15 years!) and we are blessed with two pretty awesome kiddos who keep us insanely busy!
I am a full service photographer. What does that mean? It means that I serve my clients with a one of a kind portrait experience. From the day you book your session to the delivery of your art, I am here to guide you every step of the way and ensure a stress-free process. Melissa exceeded all of our expectations - she is amazing! This is our first baby and I didn’t really know what to expect from the experience, but Melissa made it so easy from the very beginning. She called me quickly after my initial email and we chatted about what I was looking for and how she does her sessions. I felt so comfortable and at ease with her, I knew she was the perfect photographer for us! The day of the session came and she spent over 3 hours photographing our baby! Melissa is amazing at her craft and worth every dollar.. Most people don't realize all that it entails to photograph newborns and she is amazing at what she does, patient, kind and gentle. I felt completely at ease allowing her to take over to get our little girl to sleep, tweak her poses and dress her. Our baby was fussy in the beginning and she never once made us feel rushed. I loved all of the headpieces, backgrounds, wraps and props she chose before our session, she took great interest in finding out colors and things I like/dislike before our session. Melissa is one of those people with amazing talent and a great personality to go with it! Melissa is so patient, warm, friendly. I love her attention to detail...from straighten out my dress or tucking in a piece of lose hair behind my ear. We hired her for a family photo shoot in the Temecula area. She helped me with our outfits, to coordinate them so they looked the best; found a terrific location, communicated with us thru every step of the way. She made my son smile, which is no easy task.
