All files must be at least 300 dpi or Vector Format. If your file is not 300 dpi, you should not just increase the resolution of the file. This is called "upsampling" and will result in a blurry image. If you are creating your file in Adobe Illustrator or another Vector-based software, just size your image to the size you want it to print.
DTG is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology. Think of it like a big laser printer but for garments. We mostly use this technology for low quantity orders, detailed image printing, or quick sample printing. There are no minimum orders required and no setup fees involved!.

We used Icon Creative for about 8-10 months as a printing partner - running large 1000 unit shirt orders. Initially their printing and services were excellent - they offered advice, color matching and the end product was excellent. Over the 10 months their quality dropped dramatically - even with simple repeat orders. We had logos that were meant to be centered about 1-2 inches off center; print that was meant to be to the side of the shirt simply place in the center, skewed aspect ratios and incorrect colors - even though it was a simple reprint. The last order we placed had to be sorted through

Thanks for the Amazing service, Excellent pricing & Great quality. We didn’t have a good experience with our previous printing company and were fortunate to come across a Steve and his guys. Absolute professionals, they reset our logo, custom ordered our shirts, did a great job on the embroidery and did all in a courteous and timely manner. I got quotes from many places, in both Dallas and Houston, and they had the best prices for the same product! They were quick in responding, joyful to talk to, and worked with me in resolving conflicts as quick as I've ever seen. Being a part of a student organization at UT Austin, we wanted a lot of choices and options, and they supplied them! They worked so well in finding us alternatives and colors for our weird t-shirt color.
