I was in Dallas for a trade show and my company failed to get me my business cards in time so I was in a bind. I called DallasPrint.com at 8am and spoke with Scott who treated me absolutely like family. I sent him the designs, he sent me back a proof and an invoice within 90 minutes. I picked the cards up at 3pm at their warehouse and got to meet Scott who just could not have been friendlier. I can't express how appreciative I am for Scott and Amanda, who helped us out with a print job on short notice. One of my best friends passed away, and we needed 500 brochures printed and folded in less than 24 hours for his funeral. I called Scott at almost 8pm, and he returned my phone call within minutes, and assured us they would have it ready by afternoon of the next day. It is great to find a small business that treats every customer like they were Coca Cola! I have used Jerry several times over the last year to print cards, brochures and business cards. He always takes the time to explain my options, puts samples in my hands to touch and feel (which is GREAT as I am very tactile), and has all the patience in the world when I can't make up my mind. I usually defer to his opinion and have never been disappointed.
Only once did my project not turn out as expected, but Jerry made it right--and then some. He had the project redone and in my hands in 3 days
