I recently worked with agent Kara Hicks to buy a house in the Charleston area. I was living in Connecticut at the time, so most of our viewings were virtual, with Kara going in person and Facetiming with me 900 miles away. The market in Charleston is extra crazy right now, so there were times she would literally be driving from West Ashley to Goose Creek just to look at homes. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes, and worked with me to find a house that fit all of my needs. Even when we came upon some hiccups, she was always able to offer an educated suggestion.

Neil Sneath, our real estate agent, has exceeded expectations every step of the way. We've used him for both buying a new home and selling our current one. He is even keeled, thoughtful, proactive, gave expert advice, and has been a great communicator with all parties involved. He even helped us by fixing some handyman projects himself! We can't possibly imagine another real estate agent working harder than Neil while keeping our interests first.
One example (of many) is when we were looking to purchase a home that happened to be in a flood zone with changing FEMA maps. We knew the old flood insurance

I have been the closing attorney for several closings with Boulevard Company agents. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My experience with one particular agent, Sherri Seymour, has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Look forward to working with Ms. Seymour and other agents with the Boulevard Company in the future.
