A balanced, nutritious diet is a crucial element to a happy, healthy life. At Monterey Chiropractic Group, we provide nutritional counseling based on the philosophy that "everything is fine in moderation." Offered in conjunction with chiropractic care, our team of licensed massage therapists work together with our doctors to target specific areas to aid in the speed of recovery. Dr. Rector has been in practice for over 20 years, founding his original practice in 1994. He was born in Schenectady, New York, where he spent the first 18 years of his life before he played college football at Norwich University. After graduating from Norwich, Dr. Rector found his passion for chiropractic and holistic healthcare.
Dr. Abby Serpico (Boorman) is an associate doctor of chiropractic at Monterey Chiropractic Group. Originally from Reno, Nevada, she attended Point Loma Nazarene University where she played collegiate basketball and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Kinesiology. Abby graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in San Jose, California and became a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic.
