Picked up my car from Pope Auto today. This was my fourth time going to them but my first with a major repair. Both of my rear struts pretty much blew out and I needed both replaced because it was an extremely bumpy and hard ride. Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner, they we're extremely nice and accommodating and I finally found a legitimate and honest mechanic. An outstanding repair at a fair price. Thank you Nick!!

I decided to take my older SUV to Pope Auto Worx because of the positive reviews and it was great to see that they are warranted!
The vehicle I brought it is a 2003 Ford Explorer and I was having problems with sensors (speed sensor, door ajar sensor, and front impact) and since it's my "fun" vehicle for camping, fishing, and hunting, I didn't want to spend a ton of money. Nick took a look and helped me prioritize repairs. After his analysis, the repairs were done very timely.
Honesty and integrity are paramount, but I also appreciate the high-touch customer service and progress

Hands down this is a great and trustworthy place for your car service. Nick, Megan and crew are great to work with on all fronts. I have been bringing my Audi to Nick for about 4 years. They provide excellent customer service and the work is reliable. Their pricing is fair and the turnaround is fantastic. They have loaner cars if you need one (which I did when my engine blew). Nick went above and beyond in working with my insurance company and locating a new engine for me. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Great shop that is close to my workplace, I am usually hesitant to try new shops because I cannot stand the up selling of fancy-schmancy oils or add-ons. I received none of that here just a good oil change that took less than 30 minutes checked all my fluids in my tires just in time for the cold weather too. Highly recommend!

Just got a house down the street. Left my car overnight and planned for the worst case scenario ($1000+ 3 days wait).
By 930am they called me and said they had replaced my stabilizer links and took care of my headlight socket, and that my car was ready for pickup. All and all less than 12 hrs and $140.00 later we were ready to roll.
