Hugh is awesome at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, and keeps you informed. Any time I had a question, he was always there to answer. Very professional. I worked with Hugh from out of state, and he made it as “normal” as normal can get now days. I highly recommend Hugh in any custody issues you may have. He was always on top of things, and always gave his honest opinion. Honesty is very important when obtaining someone to represent you I believe, and he was honest from the very beginning.

Was great until the custody trial started. My case went from smooth to rough within 5 minutes of the trial. Gave me some bad advice about my appeal. First he told me that the results of the trial does not take action until my appeal was settled. This was far from true and he told me, I'm not a Judge. Charged me up front to start the appeal process, only later on to find out that the results of the trial start immediately after the trial. The lawyer knew I was in bind with my finances, but charged me for starting the appeal process even though I was also being put on child support immediately. I

Absolutlety blessed to find this firm!! I needed a lawyer to advocate for my children and I and that's exactly what Jill Abrahamson did! I was in a family emergency and called at the time of my crisis to schedule an appointment for the next day as soon as possible. I called the "after hours" number because it was about midnight when I called. A woman answered the phone and was very rude to me. She asked me why I thought a lawyer would be available. I obviously did not expect a lawyer at that exact moment, i just figured if you have an after hours number it would be okay to call it any time after hours.
