AKRF led environmental review and preliminary and final design for this $1.45 billion, 2.4-mile resiliency project along the New York City waterfront. AKRF led environmental review and compensatory mitigation studies for the new $3.9 billion, 3.1-mile twin-span bridge in New York. We worked with the City of Philadelphia to update municipal stormwater regulations and provide flexible compliance options for regulated sites.

AKRF provided multimedia licensing and permitting for a new 485-megawatt natural-gas-powered generating station in Connecticut. AKRF is involved with the planned transformation of St. John's Terminal at 550 Washington Street in Lower Manhattan to provide over one million square feet of office space and amenities for tenants, including Google, as well as 333 Johnson Street in Brooklyn which will include 161,000 square feet of space for Netflix sound stages.
