The primary use of motor oil is to ensure the constant lubrication of moving parts inside your engine. I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism. I have taken my vehicle once before to get my heater fixed and they did a great job and very honest.
This time I took my vehicle in because of a knocking noise front left passenger side when driving and a scraping noise when I would brake. I took my vehicle in almost a month ago to Pep Boys to get my brakes and roaters done amongst other things. Well the guys at Pep Boys did a poor job ( that's just a nice way to put it).

The team at Groff's is always so good from start to finish. My next door neighbor, who was a master mechanic before he retired, recommended Groff's for some work I needed done. I've brought my car to them a few times now and they are always very professional and friendly. They don't try to do work that isn't needed and they are very fair. They diagnose the problem quickly and get the work done very promptly. As this is my only vehicle, that is very important to me. I recently had my passenger side window break and I couldn't roll it back up. Even though they didn't have any available appointments, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it the same day

It is rare to find a shop that actually cares about their customers, these guys do. They tend to all your needs and concerns quickly and don't give you any BS with repairs and pricing. They got me up and running again, super happy with the quality, I will us them again in the future.

Very professional and friendly shop- They fixed our car and even saved us some money . Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. P. S. They even have a shuttle , I took a Lyft to pick up the car when it was completed when I got there I realized they have a shuttle and could have came and got me ! What an awesome service to help customers out . Sam who was in the front office went above and beyond , very nice gentlemen.

I was recommended to Groff's Automotive by a good friend. Groff's did an amazing job for me. I had several things I needed checked out....they gave my Sorento a thorough once over and confirmed what needed to be fixed and gave me good advice on some things I thought needed to be fixed but were working fine right now.
