Taking a developmental, relational, and existential approach she believes that the way we tell our stories to ourselves matters. She works with her clients to create mutual goals and to work as efficiently as possible towards relief and healing.

Life can be messy and hard. It can also be beautiful, redemptive, and healing. I believe that counseling can be a vital part of our personal growth in our life journey in this process of reflection, healing, and growth. Addy loves working with adolescents and adults. She is a Brainspotting therapist, providing cutting edge trauma therapy through telehealth. An avid outdoorswoman, Addy leads clients with her experience as an wilderness therapist and guide. She is the perfect fit for those looking for both effective and creative ways to heal, change, and grow.

Our counselors use a range of professional frameworks and techniques to help our clients as appropriately and efficiently as possible including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing), Brainspotting, play and expressive therapy, and attachment therapy.
