If I could give this place a 0 I would. I had never been to this Spa before But I had a gift certificate and decided to book an 85 minute Swedish massage. When booking online I picked an available time listed online and then they took my credit card information to hold that spot and gave me a message to make sure that if I would like to cancel I needed to cancel at least 24 hours prior to my appointment. No other instructions given. I show up for my appointment and I was told they have no record of my appointment. They told me I should’ve received a confirmation email. I never received this email

Let's talk about booking first off. The system is extremely clunky and majorly flawed. With every other massage I've ever had, you KNOW what you're paying for when you book. I booked a side-by-side massage for $150 thinking it was the price for the two of us. Imagine my surprise when I got the $300 bill! If it's $300 for two people then put that, or put $150 PER PERSON so everyone is clear and there are no unpleasant surprises at the end.

I had a back purifier with Robbin- it was my first . I was having issues with bumps on my back between my shoulder blades no matter what I used at home nothing was helping. The treatment was relaxing and well worth it! My husband noticed a huge difference in my skin !

Was very pleased with the service. The front desk people were warm and inviting. My massage person was very polite and attentive. The overall spa was hip and chic and modern. Fireplace, sea salt foot bath while I waited on my room, lounge area with tea and lemon water. Very happy with experience 10/10. Will say it is slightly pricey though.

Exceptional service by all three therapists. Went in for a New Mom package and was a little leery how things would operate during COVID. However I was pleasantly surprised by the care, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of Spa Lux and staff. Was very relaxing & therapeutic, and is highly recommended.

Pretty disappointed in the experience. Their site says 55 minute massage, we had about 30 minutes of massage time. The atmosphere is nice, the front desk receptionist was nice, and our masseuses were also nice, however, they take you back and have you put a robe on and then you sit in the lobby and they come out and pour some lukewarm water into a basin with salt for your feet. Apparently that is supposed to be part of your "massage". Nowhere on their site does it say anything about that being a part of the massage, I asked the receptionist and she said, "it says it on our site.

Massage seemed rushed. Requested female therapist and male gave massage without asking us or letting us know. Closed down sauna 15 minutes before close while we were still in the sauna.
A friend had booked with us as well and they cancelled on her the morning of. Nice facility though. Poor customer service. Go to Lafusion in Bixby.

Back in knots, neck stiff! My wife came to the rescue with a massage. I had never been here but no stranger to a professional massage. Friendly staff at the reception area. I was brought a robe and sandals and at that moment I knew I wasn't in for a typical massage but an amazing experience. I was shown around the facility which was very spacious and clean. Complimentary fruit infused water and herbal teas for your enjoyment. Steam room, sauna and private shower located in the rear of the facility!! This place is a sweet surprise and a happy relaxing getaway from the daily grind. My friends and I called last minute and they were able to accommodate us for 90 minutes massages all at the same time. The place is very clean, staff is very friendly and professional! The atmosphere, the small touches and complimentary extras of sauna and steam room really impressed me!

On long drives for work I (formerly)would come here if time allowed for a deep tissue massage. I actually forgot to post this. Normally the spa is very clean and quiet but this time it was not. The steam room & locker area were not clean and the steam room wasn't even working/ on. Granted I was one of the final appointments but they should not have shut it off until after the last client! Pretty unprofessional. The lady at the front was super rude to me and was sneezing all over the front desk area without wiping it down, wiping the credit card machine or washing her hands. I booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend and I here about a month ago. It was both of our first time getting a massage. The therapists both did a phenomenal job. They both made us feel comfortable. The individual I had was extra attentive to the areas I specifically told her about but did not neglect the rest of body. The inside of this facility is set up very nicely and has an extremely calming environment. I was thoroughly satisfied with my selection of this spa for my boyfriend and I first massage experience. I would definitely return.

*The waxing area was very clean, but very small and the bed was awkwardly placed diagonally from a corner with little room for the person waxing. Good thing she was tiny, but I felt bad. She had to be uncomfortable bending over me the way she was in order to wax me.
*Aesthetics could use some work--the couch in the waiting area's leather was coming off.

I called before they opened hoping to schedule an appointment and was able to do so 30 minutes before they opened. Wish you could schedule appointments online but you have to call instead.
Upon arriving there I was promptly checked in and lead back to the ladies locker room complete with a sauna and steam room. I'm a sucker for a good sauna so I have no complaints here!
I ordered the deep tissue and wish it would have been more of a hard massage but it was still awesome and I would go back. I could have said something but didn't so that's on me. Otherwise convenience and service

I was so looking forward to a visit at this spa, i had scheduled a body polish and massage...when i booked the appointment i requested they be done in that order as i didn't want to finish off feeling cold or wet. When i arrived at the spa, i was informed that i would be starting with a massage and ending with the body treatment. I was a little disappointed with that.
Walking in, the spa is beautiful...i came early to utilize both the steam room and sauna room...again i was a little disappointed. the steam needed to be turned on so i had to turn a knob to do so...the problem with it all
