The parking here absolutely sucks. Parking areas definitely need to be bigger.

The maintenance and management is slower than molasses in January. I understand there is much that needs doing and so they say it takes time... BUT, I have fallen on ice and broken concrete 5-6 times in the past 8 years and they never get around to addressing the causes or the office staff changes (so often) that the new management doesn't follow through with previous issues.
Hmmm.. I need to change my rating back to a 2!

They have inoperable vechiles parked everywhere. The maintenance is forever. But, it's quite and safe here. Our neighbors are great! Also, will be paying for water and sewer, trash, pest control, separate from the rent. We went from a four bedroom house, due to downsizing of our family. The water and sewer is higher here. It's getting better to live here. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment; one reason would be it's away from the outskirts of the city. Lastly see country critters early morning hours, late at night.
