I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Corvina in one of their furnished units. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I had everything I needed during my time there. The community areas and gym were really clean and were great ways to unwind. I would recommend The Corvina to anyone looking to rent an apartment downtown!

The Corvina is a great place to live - Large, open units with huge, walk-in closets. Heated, assigned parking. A private balcony that overlooks a beautiful swimming pool. There are lots of cute shared spaces like little porches and community rooms. It's quiet. My neighbors are friendly. The staff is awesome. I love it here!

I only have been here at the Corvina for a little over a month but thought I would give the perspective of being new to this apartment and really just being new to Nebraska. I hope this info helps.
1. The biggest perk of this apartment is the location… walking distance to old market which is a really neat area for little shops and restaurants, but the best thing is you don’t get the noise from old market.
2. The apartments… so far so good. Noise levels aren’t bad. Most of the noise comes from the door to the hallway which can be annoying with loud residents coming through. The appliances

We love living at The Corvina! Feels like living at a resort - the building, pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The leasing staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the move-in process and beyond. Response to maintenance requests has been quick and the minor issues resolved. The location is ideal - quick 10 minute drive to the airport and a 5-minute walk to Old Market restaurants.

I recently moved into the Corvina and I love it. My daughter had lived here for a year prior to me moving in so I was familiar with the property and its amazing amenities but I was not aware of the day to day offerings it has for its residents. The place is beautiful with water features, art and lounges but it is also warm and cozy. It has a poo, workout facilities and an amazing coffee bar. The apartments are modern and beautiful and it is very dog friendly. The office even has treats for your puppy to enjoy. There is a club room and quiet conference room and events are planned for the residents

We moved here from Chicago in May and we love it! The apartment size and amenities are wonderful. Nothing we ever could have afforded in any of the Chicago neighborhoods we previously lived in. The staff is friendly and responsive. The units are well-maintained between residents and the community areas are kept nice as well.

The Corvina is a great place to enjoy downtown living in a quiet, secure building. The staff is very friendly. Amenities such as covered parking, secure package delivery, and a rooftop deck are just a few of my favorites. The location is just a short walk to everything the Old Market has to offer. Last but not least, the pool! A large, clean pool with lounge chairs was a favorite spot for the summer months.

Corvina has been the best to me! Any minor facilities request I’ve ever needed has always been completed first thing the very next morning. The apartment itself is extremely nice and up to date- even their studios feel like one bedrooms with the floor to ceiling sliding doors. Between the multi level 24 hour fitness center, a downtown pool, numerous patios and a rooftop, you get what you pay for in the amenities! It’s also super nice only being a minute walk away from the old market. All of the staff here are great and super friendly. I’m happy I chose to live here!😄
