Dealer Service Alternative is owned and operated by Alex Aviles. Alex is an ARMY Veteran who graduated from Austin Pea State University with an automotive technology degree. Alex has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has held a master technician certificate from Mercedes-Benz. We have factory level diagnostic equipment and certified technicians.

Called the guys over at Dealer Service Alternative last minute to perform some maintenance while passing through Orlando from a suggestion made by a fellow Audi enthusiast. They were able to accommodate my quick service, gave me a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and helped me service a few things I wasn't aware of. I love my car. I have driven it over 8k miles the last 2 months, I race it in my spare time when I'm not cleaning it. I'm very aware of when it has issues, and usually am the only one to touch it. But I was very comfortable having them work on my car, and was thoroughly impressed

DSA has been the only shop that touch my car. The service, quality and the staff are top notch. I moved from Orlando to Tampa and still my first choice for car service. Few months a go I had a message in the dash so I took a pic and they were able to give some guidance on the severity of the problem, I called AAA so I sent it in a flat bed. Car fixed and back on the road the next day.

Brought my 2017 BMW 320i in to get new brake pads and rotors. Job was done pretty quick. Had a noise issue with the brakes after driving off. Spoke to Alex about it and he assured the quick fix will be resolved. The customer service and quality of work I’ve always received from this business has been great. This morning I was running late to an 8AM appointment, made it there at 8:20. I was told that my car would be ready around noon, mind you I was waiting.
