Tiffany Alexander, LPC-S is the founder and owner of Alexander & Associates Counseling Services. In 2011, she opened a private practice to offer the highest-level care with the least barriers to receive care. Her team works with many insurance companies and Employee Assistance programs to offer high level counseling services to much larger groups than traditional private practices.

In my career as a counselor, I have worked primarily in the field of substance abuse treatment as an intensive outpatient (IOP) counselor. I provided group, individual, and family counseling to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.

I have been in the mental health field for the past 30 years. I can be helpful to folks with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and grief experiences, addiction and co-dependency issues, parenting difficulties, sexual concerns, and career challenges.

I believe that people can reach their full potential and have a satisfying and happy life. I want to help you do this in your own life by offering a supportive environment where change and growth can take place. I am here to help you establish personal, professional, family or mental health goals and find the right way to achieve them.

I can provide a safe, confidential environment to help you through difficult times. We all struggle at times in our life. Whether it be anxiety, depression, relationship issues or behavioral problems. My goal as a counselor is to help put meaning back into life, get your life back on track, and help heal broken families.
