Absolutely ridiculous. I would not dare recommend this plans to anyone. I have insurance went in for a cleaning that’s free. My part cost 200.00 only to do half. The cash price for full mouth is 59.00 so you tell me. I will be contacting my insurance and the BBB. I have a appointment tomorrow to clean the other half I will not pay a cent and better get some back. They will find a way to rob you of every cent they can. They deserve 0 stars. I will be posting this review every place I can find to post it. I told my friend who referred me there she will no longer go back nor her kids. All about

My dental insurance was expiring, and I still needed a bridge denture. Prime Dental-Garland saw me right away, understood my situation and got the claim filed on time. But, more than that: The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional (just outstanding, really). And, Dr. Le? Well, he's a frickin' superstar. My bridge fits perfectly and matches my teeth. My wife and I will never go anyplace else. Prime Dental is superb.

First visited and became a patient of Dr. An Le. Fantastic dentist, great experience. Sadly, the service has deteriorated since 2018. I paid for two cleanings. Came back for the second and all I got was continuous efforts to up sell me on services that I cannot afford and don't believe I need. They would not perform the cleaning. Instead they sent in a salesperson, not a dentist, to tell me what I need. Needless to say, I left. They owe me a cleaning, but I will not be back. Sad. I spent well over $1200 & would love to recommend Dr. Le, but he is not there.
