Hardison Cartridge (HC) is headquartered in Charlotte, NC and stocks and sells top-quality, environmentally friendly, remanufactured toner and MICR toner cartridges for printers and fax machines. We also sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) ink cartridges, copy paper and refurbished printers.
HC caters to businesses, churches, home offices, non-profits and schools. As compliments to our core product offerings, we provide free delivery (via Company van) for our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers and free shipping (via FedEx/UPS) for our continental United States customers.

Charlotte native Will Hardison, having previously worked in the specialty printing industry, saw an opportunity to distribute high-quality, lower-costing toner cartridges for printer and fax machines. These toner cartridges would enable commercial enterprises to not only maintain their printing standards but also save money.
For our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers, orders received by 12:00 noon will be delivered by 5:00 pm the same day unless specified otherwise. For orders received after 12:00 noon, they will be delivered by 12:00 noon the following business day unless specified otherwise.
For our continental United States customers, orders received by 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day unless specified otherwise and for orders received after 12:00 noon, they will be shipped by 2:00 pm the following business day unless specified otherwise.For our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers only, we offer a Recycling Program which not only saves natural resources but also saves our customers even more money.

HC sells printers that have been refurbished by West Pint Products. Please Contact Us to tell us what you need so that we can recommend a lower-costing, high efficiency alternative that will enable your company to save money. For example, for high volume printing may we suggest the HP LaserJet 4250N printer coupled with the HP Q5942X toner cartridge.
