Professional and good work. On time. Had the complete rear brakes done. They took me in pretty quick and gave me a courtesy car to use for the day, at no cost. The only thing that I found a little bit sketchy is that the owner of lotus also owns the NAPA parts store in warrensburg and I found the parts prices to be on the high end. Keep that in mind. I would have no problem recommending them to my grandmother.

I’ve been using Lotus for years and have never been disappointed. Mickey and Paul are wonderful to work with. Recently took an out of town visitor over there, they replaced his brakes and saved him hundreds of dollars over what his Lexus dealer had quoted him. Love this place!

I went here last year when my car was making weird noises . I was upstate for the summer and being a young female alone I was wary to get my car fixed in fear of getting ripped off . Another place in town wanted double the price of this place . I decided to go with this shop because of the price was about half of the other place . When they were fixing my hub bearing , they noticed my break pads were very badly worn down . I was hesitant to have them replaced not knowing much about cars . The owner (I believe ) seemed genuinely concerned and did the pads for me and even gave me a bit of a discount

We had motor mounts replaced there.This place is great!!!.I can't find words to describe how helpful, professional and kind they were!!! Very nice staff and competent mechanics. It took them even less time than estimated to do the repair. Pricing was very reasonable and honest.This is the best auto repair we have ever seen. They provide excellence service! Don't hesitate to take your car here as you will not find better/cheaper/more competitive garage in Warrensburg/Glens Falls area ( we checked:) ).
