Used to love this place but it seems to more and more difficult to make an appointment. Your website no longer works and the appointment booking website only has one therapist listed. Some front desk communication with customers would be nice, maybe a list of services at the counter with pricing. Pretty disappointed that I couldn't make an appointment today.

OH MY GOSH!!!!! 30 mins and $35 plus tip I CANNOT GET BACK!!!!!
First entering- The communication was poor as i could not understand Andy. So i whipped out my phone to show him my online booking, confirmation number, and showed him I ALREADY PAID!!!!!
2nd- Again COMMUNICATION, as I already said- I SHOWED him my booking which was for a 30 min DEEP TISSUE chair massage. He couldn't get his question across to me; so he shows me what he was asking me on my forearm as to the pressure. He rubs my arm with a nod, I say no I booked a deep tissue, 30 min chair massage......

I booked a deep tissue with Andy having never been to this establishment before. I chose it because it's close to my work and I pass it regularly. I had no real expectations but had I they would have been exceeded immediately. The decor is pleasant and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I was extremely happy with my massage, Andy really gets in there. Deep tissue should be a reasonable combination of challenging tissue manipulation and relaxation, it definitely was. I booked another message as soon as I was done. I will recommend Tom Relax to anyone looking for a massage recommendation going forward

My appointment was changed again less just a few hrs before my appointment. This was the second time n still have not received the 2 free 60 minute massages as promised by your receptionist for the Saturday last minute cancel by your business. And again yesterday I left so many messages n email messages for someone to contact me as I was informed via text my massage therapist had cut his hand or finger... injury to his hand n to call to reschedule. My appointment was for 2 people as I was treating a friend from out of town to her very 1st massage!!! She's over 40 so it's a big deal because it was

I have been a customer of Tom Relax since they first opened. I'd had deep tissue massages from Tom and Liz at another spa prior to that. The massages they've given me rate the best by far when compared to massages I'd received from other providers before that. I've received great benefit from the treatments at Tom Relax for soft tissue issues in my shoulders and left hip from new and old injuries. It's allowed me to continue enjoying the activities I love to do.

My wife and I have been having therapeutic massages at Tom Relax since they opened their doors to customers. Except for the last five months due to the Pandemic regulations, we have monthly visits for massage. Their practitioners are skilled at addressing the needs of each client. We have always been treated with the utmost professionalism, care, and attention. Their attention to our specific needs, even as they may change is amazing. The facility is pleasing and relaxing, and their service respectful, as they provide skillful massage. We highly recommend Tom Relax for your massage therapy.

Pros: can usually get an apt pretty easily, so if you want something quick, they can usually accommodate. Some of them can work pretty deep, which I like. Have a punch card program, so if you get the same thing every time, you can fill a punch card. Fairly reasonably priced for what they offer. Nice people, clean environment, willing to serve you!
Cons: they’ve switched therapist on me several times, even though I’ve booked ahead for a specific therapist, as well as canceled on me last min, not Worst thing ever, it happens, but still not greatest service. Learned it cannot be my go to for

I was really excited to come here after I read the reviews and was not disappointed! This place is really clean and comfortable, the only thing that may ruin the peaceful experience are other loud patrons, but I only heard 1 and I was there awhile. I scheduled a deep tissue table/ foot combo massage with Tom. There's a bit of a language barrier, but not much needs to be said, he knows what he's doing! I found this place by accident when I was running another errand. I saw a sign outside that mentioned their message treatments and I decided to call. I am so glad I did because I will be a regular here from now on! They had availability right away, which was wonderful. The inside of the center was calm and inviting. It was relaxing and soft music was playing overhead. My message technician, Ahndee (not sure how to spell his name) was amazing! He was professional and reassuring. I'm always skeptical of random massage shops in strip malls, so many of them are seriously sketchy, Tom's Relax proves my skeptism wrong. After reading the reviews, I treated myself to a 90 m deep tissue massage. The environment is beautiful, and Tom was a true professional, an old soul, an artist (seriously). He dug into all of my knots and worked them but good. I'm excited for my next visit. This place is a gem and a definite asset to our community.

My husband surprised me with a foot massage one day at Tom's place and I loved that surprise. I knew Allan one of the massage guys from another massage place and he is great at what he's doing. My husband had Tom doing his treatment and he really enjoyed it as well. We are recommending this place to our friends and we will definitely go there again.

I'm visiting my mom for Mother's Day and scheduled a 90 minute foot massage for myself and 2 of my sisters. It was a really positive experience for all of us! The facility is really clean, the painting on the wall was painted by Tom and he also built the wood reception desk. When we arrived, Alan greeted us and gave us a quick tour, put away our bags behind our massage chairs. I pulled off my shoes as that is what I normally do when I go have foot massages, but he told me later that they would do that! After the foot massage, my therapist, Tom put on my socks and shoes while I was lying

All I can say is YUMmmmm!! Mr. Tom really knows his acupressure points and he got my highly stressed back to relax. And all my feet aching went away . Remodeling stress-- good bye! I'm going back today -- yeah! Tom Relax is my new go to place. I love the art too!! They have back massage chairs , couples rooms, private rooms as well as a lovely place to sit and get a wonderful foot massage --- Girls day out!!

I was so excited to learn that Tom has opened up his own Chinese massage spa. I have been receiving massage from Tom at the Lao Shan on Mill Plain for years. Tom is truly gifted in his technique. I was interested to learn more about his personal story on his website. I didn't realize that Tom is also a gifted artist. Tom painted the beautiful wall-sized mural of cranes, which symbolize luck and longevity in Chinese mythology. Tom's website was easy to use to book my appointment.
