Services
When giving a Swedish massage we lubricate the skin with massage oil and perform various massage strokes. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots". The massage strokes are long, firm and in the direction of the heart. We will typically use Swedish techniques along with other Asian massage styles to make sure your massage it custom to you.
Thai massage techniques or over two and a half thousand years and has many South East Asian influences. A Thai yoga massage therapists uses their body to move you into a series of the yoga-like positions that stretch the body and loosen joints. A Thai massage is much like yoga without exertion. The Therapist does the work.

I have searched for a person to do traditional Thai massage since my former massage therapist moved back to Thailand. I came across Sky Thai massage and the therapist, Bella, was able to do exactly what I was looking for.
Bella follows safety protocols for COVID by wearing a mask and she uses air and hand sanitizer at the point of entry and between sessions. Linen is changed after each time I've gotten a massage. She is friendly and treats me as if I've been a customer for years. I recommend Bella with Sky Thai massage if you are looking for professional traditional Thai massage.

I got the Thai massage which was an hour long and my masseuse was great! She made sure that I was comfortable all the time.
Make sure you bring cash as there is an additional charge to use a credit card.
The building it is in does have some people living above it and there was some intermittent noise of going up the steps, but that is out of the control of them.
Overall, I will definitely be back again for some relief for my body with all of this snow shoveling!

I have been visiting Sammy every few months and she does a wonderful job with her massages. Sammy is down to earth and understands your needs. She is caring and listens to you as you describe your physical issues. I would highly recommend meeting her and scheduling a massage. The lomi lomi is my personal favorite.
