I have been with Thibodeau's office for many years. I have not had a negative experience with anyone in that office. I would recommend them to my friends, family and coworkers. Thanks for always being there.

Service is terrible and you never see or talk to John. I was a long-time customer but decided to check around for rates. When I learned I was grossly overpaying, I called the office and asked them if they could review my rates....I was told to call back and schedule a meeting with John to discuss. I live an hour away but more importantly is it really necessary to have a sit down to check rates. So, I then moved some of my car insurance to Geico but kept umbrella, some cars, and home insurance at State Farm. Of course my State Farm rates then shot up, I get a form letter telling me they dropped

By far one of the worse customer service. An associate made a mistake by taking an additional monthly payment when they had thought the other one didn't. But, they over drafted my account and it took 2 days of precessing and an additional 3 days to transfer money back to my account. Until then, I have absolutely no money for food, gas or Thanksgiving weekend with no compensation. Thanks, what am I gonna do for food? Why would a WIRE transfer take longer than a check? Why does my direct deposit from my employer take less than a day?
