I am a small business handyman service. I have used bigger name printing companies for my advertising thinking that they would save me time and money but all I was was just the next person in line. I design for a screen printing company and usually make my copies at the local fed ex kinkos. However, when they ran out of the transparencies in the size I needed, I decided to try another place. I thought, why not give a local business a chance? Never again will I come here. The woman was condescending and very unprofessional. She did not understand what "scale to fit media" meant. I asked her nicely if she could print the transparency using a color printer as this was for screen printing and needs to be dark.
